Wagner University and Quest Theological Institute are co-sponsoring this two-day intensive focused on ground-level spiritual warfare. Ground-level spiritual warfare is the most common variety we find in the New Testament, and it is the most common variety practiced by Christians today. Groups and individuals involved in “deliverance ministries”; by and large are engaged in ground-level spiritual warfare.
This intensive will be taught by three veterans of ground level spiritual warfare; Doris Wagner (Global Spheres Ministry), Bill Sudduth (International Society of Deliverance Ministers) and Chris Hayward (Cleansing Streams International).
We are honored to have these three seasoned veterans who will be teaching on topics such as the different levels of spiritual warfare, understanding Old and New Testament teachings concerning demons, and possible entry points for demonic influence, practical advice on deliverance, curses, sins of the fathers, witchcraft, the occult and strongholds. We will also be dealing with the issues of rejection, sexual bondage and ministering to PTSD.

Intensive Speaker Bio
All three of our speakers are pioneers and experts in the areas of Spiritual Warfare and Deliverance ministry with many years of experience as practitioners, trainers and forerunners.
Doris Wagner Bio
Doris Wagner and her late husband, C. Peter Wagner, are true trailblazers when it comes to Spiritual Warfare. They have authored over 20 combined books (Doris authored four books on deliverance; How to Minister Freedom, How to Cast Out Demons: A Guide to the Basics, How To Cast Out Demons, A Beginner’s Guide, Ministering Freedom to the Sexually Broken).
Doris has personally walked hundreds of individuals through deliverance and taught on the subject throughout the United States and abroad. Doris teaches from her expertise of over 4 decades on the different levels of spiritual warfare, understanding Old and New Testament teachings concerning demons, and possible entry points for demonic influence. She also outlines various forms of bondage and God’s solutions for complete freedom.
Her desire is to see people set free from the bondage of sin, shame, sickness and self through the healing power and love of Jesus Christ, and to train others to do the same. Doris continues to minister deliverance, travel, and teach on ground level spiritual warfare in churches all over the nation.
Bill Sudduth Bio
Bill Sudduth is the founder of Righteous Acts Ministries, Inc. He is a former member of the pastoral staff and head of the deliverance ministry teams at Brownsville Revival School of Ministry (BRSM) in Pensacola, FL. He was also a member of the faculty at BRSM teaching classes on Spiritual Growth and Spiritual Warfare. Bill travels all over the globe ministering in conferences, seminars, retreats and training sessions on the subjects of deliverance, inner healing, revival and spiritual growth.
During the last twenty-one years, Bill has personally led several thousand individual deliverance sessions, and ministered to thousands of people corporately as a conference speaker, seminar instructor and retreat leader. He has also trained hundreds of ministers in the areas of deliverance and inner healing, and continues to do so through regularly scheduled local and regional deliverance training seminars and schools.
Bill is the author of four books including So Free! An In-Depth Guide to
Deliverance and Inner Healing; The Deliverance Training Manual;
(Prayers of Deliverance) What’s Behind the Ink? The Spiritual Aspects of Tattoos, Piercing and Other Fads; and The Restoring of Innocence. Bill is
the president and a founding member of the International Society of Deliverance Ministers (ISDM). Bill also oversees other ministers and ministries as the apostolic leader and pastor of the Apostolic Association of Related Ministers (AARM).
Chris Hayward Bio
Pastor Chris Hayward has been the president of Cleansing Stream
International (CSI) for over 21 years, having served in pastoral ministry
for 17 years prior to that. Recognized as the largest mass deliver deliverance ministry in the world, CSI, has ministered to over a million
people in 36 countries, involving over 7000 churches, in the US alone. Pastor Hayward’s calling has been to follow the example of II Timothy 2:2 (“And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses,
commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”)
As a result, CSI, with its unique approach of working through churches,
has prepared, trained and discipled multiple thousands around the world in the ministry of healing and deliverance, using it’s now entitled,
“Cleansing Stream University”.Pastor Hayward has written three books,
“God’s Cleansing Stream”, “The End Of Rejection”, and, “Wounded In The Church”. During his tenure as president, the CSI workbook has gone
through 5 editions and been translated into 12 languages. He currently
lives in Santa Clarita, California with his wife Karen, of over 49 years. They have three children and four grandchildren.
